Na de bestelling ontvangt u een e-mail ter bevestiging met factuur. Uiteraard doe ik mijn best de bestelling zo spoedig mogelijk te verzenden. Voor boeken geldt een levertijd van ± 3 dagen. Verzending per PostNL (gratis binnen Nederland). Mocht ik op reis zijn, dan kan de levertijd afwijken, uiteraard zal ik u informeren.
Retourbeleid Mocht u om wat voor reden dan ook niet tevreden zijn, dan kunt binnen tien werkdagen het bestelde boek onbeschadigd en zorgvuldig verpakt retourneren. We zullen bij onbeschadigde ontvangst de aankoopkosten retourneren. U betaalt alleen de verzendkosten voor de retourzending zelf.

After receiving your order I will send you an email confirmation with invoice. I will do my best to ship the order as soon as possible, for books a delivery time of ± 3 days applies. Shipping by PostNL (free within the Netherlands). The delivery time may differ in case I am traveling.
Return Policy If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the ordered book undamaged and carefully packaged within ten working days. We will refund the purchase costs upon undamaged receipt. You only pay the shipping costs for the return shipment itself.
